As a dentist, I think it is important that people feel at ease and visit the dentist with confidence. For me, dentistry is not only about healthy teeth, but above all about personal attention, listening carefully and working together towards the best care. As owner of Tandartspraktijk Hart van Benoordenhout, I want every patient to feel welcome.

Alongside my experience in general dentistry, I completed a master's degree in orthodontics at UCAM Catholic University of Murcia. I like to look at the complete picture: healthy teeth, a good bite and a beautiful smile. And I keep developing myself and deepening my knowledge.

I enjoy working with children and pay close attention to patients who find a visit to the dentist nerve-racking. I take the time to explain things calmly, listen to what someone needs and make sure everyone feels at ease.

Together with my team, I want to create a practice where expertise and a warm, personal atmosphere go hand in hand. I find it important that patients feel heard and go home with a good feeling.

A healthy smile starts with good care, but a little humour in the dental chair helps too! And when patients tell me they brush well at home, that really makes my day!

For me, dentistry is more than working on healthy and beautiful teeth. I enjoy continuing to develop myself, discovering new techniques and learning more and more about what is possible in the field. My interests include aesthetic dentistry, where an eye for detail and precision play an important role.

I am naturally eager to learn and find it important to keep expanding my knowledge. Among other things, I took the course Posterior Perfection and Anterior Artistry, which focuses on aesthetic restorations of teeth and molars. I get a lot of satisfaction from discovering new insights and continually improving my skills.

As far as I am concerned, you never stand still in dentistry: there is always something new to learn and a next step to take. And remember: brushing your teeth is important, so is continuing to learn, but above all don't forget to smile. Luckily, you don't need an appointment for that!

I have enjoyed working with Souhir since 2017. Over the years I have gained extensive experience in general dentistry, preventive oral care and orthodontics.

I find it important that patients feel welcome and at ease in the dental chair. With my friendly and patient attitude, I guide everyone through their treatment as pleasantly as possible. I also like to share tips for keeping your teeth healthy, because prevention is better than drilling!

I enjoy my work and find personal contact very important. Together with the team, I make sure patients receive the attention and care they deserve. And of course I hope everyone leaves with a smile — preferably not one caused by the treatment!

As a periodontal prevention assistant, I help patients keep their gums healthy and prevent problems. I find it important to take time for every patient and to work together towards a healthy mouth.

I understand that a treatment can sometimes feel nerve-racking. That's why I try to put everyone at ease with my calm and friendly manner. I like to give practical tips and explain how to take good care of your teeth and gums at home.

I get a lot of satisfaction from my work and love seeing patients make progress. And of course: good brushing works wonders, but my advice is not to forget the spots at the back!

As practice manager, I make sure everything behind the scenes runs as smoothly as possible, so our team can focus on what really matters: good care and personal attention for our patients.

Through my previous experience as a recruitment manager, club manager and office director, I have learned a lot about leading teams, organising and improving work processes. I find it important that everyone knows where they stand, can work together pleasantly and enjoys coming to work.

I like to bring structure, think along and find solutions when something can be done better or smarter. At the same time, personal contact is at least as important to me. After all, a good practice is not only about good organisation, but above all about the people who work there and the patients we help.

Together with Souhir and the team, I work every day on a practice where quality, hospitality and teamwork come first.

And although I like to keep everything well organised, I know one thing for sure: a dental practice runs most smoothly when everyone is aligned — and I don't just mean the teeth!
